2 oz. Gin

2 tsp sugar

1 oz Lemon Juice

5 oz Champagne

Twist Lemon

In a highball glass mix gin, sugar and lemon juice, stir until sugar has dissolved. Add ice, top with champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
